Where we ship from
Orders ship from China to the United States and worldwide.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is about 15–30 business days, depending on your destination and local carrier handling. This timeframe applies to all destinations; we do not quote separate regional timeframes, and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on orders over $80. Free-shipping eligibility is confirmed at checkout, and the amount shown at checkout is what applies. Orders under $80 are charged standard shipping as shown at checkout.
Tracking
Where tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Your responsibilities
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer. Our checkout does not add sales tax or duties: tax calculation is not enabled in our store, and no additional tax amount is charged by us when you place an order.
Delays
Peak-season, customs, and local carrier delays can extend delivery beyond the estimate. If your order appears lost, contact us and we will help you check its status.
Seasonal notice — Christmas 2026 (applies to the 2026 Christmas season only)
For delivery by December 24, 2026, please order by Tuesday, November 10, 2026, 11:59 p.m. ET. Orders placed after this cut-off may still arrive in time, but we cannot promise Christmas delivery for them.
