Return window
You can return or exchange your bracelet within 30 days after you receive it, as long as it is unused and in its original condition.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. They typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your issuer (PayPal is usually faster, at 3–5 business days).
Return shipping — who pays
- Our responsibility: if the item arrived damaged, we sent the wrong item, something is missing from your order, or tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, we cover the return shipping, and we can arrange a replacement or reshipment instead of a return.
- Customer’s reason: if you are returning because you don’t like it, ordered the wrong one, or changed your mind, return shipping is at your own cost.
How to start a return or exchange
Contact us first with your order number and the email address used at checkout, and we will guide you through the next steps. For damaged or incorrect items, a photo of what you received will help us resolve it faster. Please do not send an item back before contacting us, so we can record your case and confirm the return address.
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same 30-day window and the same unused / original-condition requirement, and the same return-shipping rules above.
Digital readings
Readings are delivered instantly online and no physical item is returned. You may request a full refund for any tarot, bazi, or astrology reading — whether or not the reading has started or has already been delivered. To request one, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
