1. Who we are

2. Products and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars on the Site. Current reference prices: Intention bracelets $129.00; Zodiac Identity $49.90; Zodiac Signature $229.00; digital readings are priced on their product pages. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We do not run discount promotions and do not offer promotional discount pricing. Free standard shipping applies on orders over $80, as confirmed at checkout.
3. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (with a refund of any amount paid) if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or fraud is suspected. Payment is taken at checkout via PayPal or credit card through our payment gateways; we do not store full card details.
4. Shipping and returns
Physical products ship from China. Estimated delivery is about 15–30 business days. Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy pages form part of these Terms.
5. Digital services (readings)
Tarot, bazi, and astrology readings are digital services delivered instantly online once you have completed checkout and provided the inputs the reading requires. No physical item is shipped for a reading. You may request a full refund for any reading — whether or not the reading has started or has already been delivered — and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Refunds are processed to the original payment method; they typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your issuer (PayPal is usually faster, at 3–5 business days). Readings are provided for reflection and entertainment purposes. They do not guarantee any outcome and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, design, and branding — belongs to AstroAndCharm or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our bracelets are symbolic, wearable reminders; they do not guarantee luck, money, love, protection, healing, or any other result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and our products and services are provided “as is”, and our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
